The commodities shall be applicable to Chinese industrial production and shall not violate the laws of the People's Republic of China. Not permitted to mix any lithium-containing materials other than spodumene and lepidolite, not permitted to contain lithium slag materials, mud, plant and other materials that violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations and other normative documents. 

And thenatural radioactivity should under the limitation of China Customs. After arrival, if China Customs found the natural radioactivity exceed the limitation of National Standard, the same consignment must be returned and the seller must return all the prepayment to the buyer within 3 days from the buyer’s notice and bear all the loss caused from this.
